What is Soterre PBI Analyzer?
Section titled “What is Soterre PBI Analyzer?”Soterre PBI Analyzer is a monitoring and analysis tool for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments. It connects to your tenant via a Service Principal and automatically scans your semantic models, reports, and capacity usage to surface actionable flags — warnings about model quality, performance risks, and best-practice violations.
What are Flags?
Section titled “What are Flags?”Flags are automated checks that detect specific issues in your Power BI datasets and reports. Each flag indicates a condition that may:
- Degrade report performance
- Waste capacity (CU) resources
- Make models harder to maintain
- Cause user confusion
Flags are not errors — they are early warnings that give your team time to investigate and act.
